How billing works
- First pickup: $20 charged now. Additional charges (if your order exceeds the minimum) billed to this card once weighed.
- Future pickups: Your card is charged once we pick up your laundry and processing begins.
- Missed pickup: If no items are left out for a scheduled pickup, a $10 missed pickup fee will be charged.
- Receipts: Sent to your email after each order. Scheduling and updates happen via text.
