Welcome to Move Laundry. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Move Laundry is a valet laundry service operating in the San Antonio, TX area. We pick up your dirty laundry, wash and fold it with care, and deliver it back to your door. Our goal is to save you time by handling the entire laundry process from start to finish.
We currently serve the Greater San Antonio area and surrounding communities. If you are unsure whether your address falls within our service area, please contact us before scheduling your first pickup.
Our standard wash and fold service is priced at $1.99 per pound, with a $20 minimum per pickup. Oversized items such as comforters, blankets, and rugs are priced per piece. Current per-piece pricing is available upon request or at the time of scheduling.
For your first pickup, a $20 charge is collected upfront at the time of booking. Any additional charges beyond the $20 minimum are billed once your laundry has been weighed and processing begins. For all subsequent pickups, your payment method on file is charged once your laundry is weighed and processing begins. Receipts for all charges are sent via email.
If a pickup is scheduled and no items are left out for collection, a $10 missed pickup fee will be charged. We send text reminders prior to each scheduled pickup to help you remember to set your laundry out.
Our standard turnaround time is 48 hours from the time of pickup to delivery.
A 24-hour rush service is available for an additional $0.50 per pound ($2.49/lb total). Rush service must be scheduled by 8:00 AM on the day of pickup. Rush availability may be limited based on current volume.
Your first pickup is booked online through our website. All subsequent pickups and scheduling are managed via text message. You can request pickups, reschedule, or ask questions by texting us directly.
Your clothes are washed individually and are never mixed with another customer's laundry. We save your laundry preferences and follow them with every load. Stain pre-treatment is included as part of our standard wash process; however, complete stain removal is not guaranteed, as results depend on the nature and age of the stain.
If you're not satisfied with the quality of your wash, contact us within 24 hours of delivery via text or email. We will re-wash the affected items at no additional charge. Re-wash is the sole remedy for quality-related concerns.
If an item is lost or damaged during our care, we may offer a service credit (discount applied to future orders) at our discretion. We do not offer cash refunds or reimbursement for the retail value of items. Please include a photo of any damage when reporting an issue.
By using Move Laundry, you acknowledge that laundry processing carries inherent risks. We take reasonable care in handling all items, but Move Laundry's total liability for any claim related to a single order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Customers are responsible for removing all non-laundry items from pockets and bags before pickup. By submitting laundry for processing, you confirm that all items are suitable for standard machine washing and drying unless you have provided specific instructions otherwise.
Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window will not be honored. Move Laundry reserves the right to deny claims that lack sufficient evidence or fall outside the scope of our liability.
If you have delicate, high-value, or specialty items, we strongly recommend notifying us via text before pickup. Items valued over $50 are submitted at the customer's own risk.
There are no contracts or long-term commitments. You may cancel or pause your service at any time by sending us a text message. There are no cancellation fees.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date below. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
